1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. Report is placed on record.

3. It appears from the report petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail imposed upon him vide order dated 06.10.2023 i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of Tamluk Police Station and to report to the Officer-incharge, Panskura Police Station where he is presently residing once in a week.

4. Under such circumstances, conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner i.e. not to enter the jurisdiction of Tamluk Police Station and to report to the Officer-in-charge Panskura Police Station where he is presently residing once in a week are waived. He is directed to meet the Officer-in-charge, Tamluk Police Station once in a month until further orders.

5. Other conditions of bail shall continue.
