Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he has not 24.04.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.230 Rakib been allowed to carry on his repair work of the submersible pump which is situated at his residential house. To that effect learned advocate has drawn the attention of the Court to the order of the Hon'ble Court in C.O. No. 114 of 2022.

On the other hand learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submit that a review application has been preferred against the said order which is still pending. Petitioner is contesting the review application. Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate for the State represents that police on receipt of the information registered Amta Police Station case no. 90/2022 and presumably have taken the investigation to its logical conclusion.

Having regard to the fact that last of the representation was on 04.09.2023 and a review application is pending before a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court, I am of the opinion that if the petitioner

faces further inconveniences, he will take out an appropriate application before the Court being in seisin of the issue.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 23658 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
