Mr. De, Advocate appearing on behalf of the State, submits that the compensation amount will be paid to the petitioner within six weeks from date.

The petitioner is directed to approach the State authorities to get the compensation amount.

The State authorities are directed to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner in accordance with law within six weeks, as submitted.

In view of the above submission made by the State authorities nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, WPA No. 21971 of 2019 is disposed of.
