Mr. Mitra, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, there be a direction upon respondent nos. 1 and 2 (The Insurance Regulatory Development Authority) to consider and deal with his clients' representation dated 22nd October, 2019, which gives particulars of the situation for request made to appoint independent surveyor having special knowledge regarding jute industry, to assess the claim arising out of fire in the factory.

None appears on behalf of respondents though there is affidavit-of-service filed.

Respondent nos. 1 and 2 will consider and deal with representation dated 22nd October, 2019. They will do so expeditiously and till the time they take to inform petitioner, either on appointment of independent surveyor as requested or reasons why that will not

happen, no further proceeding on the claim will take place. Consideration must be made and informed to petitioners within three weeks from date of communication of this order. Communication of this order must be made to respondents, in particular respondent nos. 1 and 2 by Monday next (14.9.2020). The writ petition and connected applications are disposed of.
