He submits that leave may be given to the petitioner to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh by bringing on record certain facts which have taken place after filing of the present writ petition.

Mr. Sen appearing for the State respondents does not oppose the prayer of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the application WPA 21977 of 2019 stands dismissed as not pressed.

The petitioner will be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition to challenge the subsequent events.
