Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are holding Durga Puja at the park in question for the last 55 years. This time also they had taken all permissions including from the fire authorities. They were not being allowed to file an online application on the pretext that it is required to have an order of this Court. However, during pendency of this application, they have been allowed to file such an application online.

The respondent authorities shall consider the application filed by the petitioners at the online portal expeditiously and in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
