Heard learned counsels for the parties.

With regard to the civil dispute, on prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to approach the appropriate civil forum for redressal of his grievance.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner against the private respondents, FIR has been lodged and investigation initiated. The police is directed to take the investigation to its logical conclusion in accordance with law. The private respondents denies and disputes the allegations of the petitioner.

Since the petitioner apprehends breach of peace and personal safety, the policy authority is directed to render

necessary assistance/protection to the petitioner as and when requested.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
