Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has submitted that he has only prayed for expeditious disposal of two petitions pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Calcutta.

It appears from the record that the petitioner has submitted two petitions dated 28th July, 2025 for discharge of the accused as well as for renewal of passport.

I have gone through the materials on record and I find that the prayer made by the petitioner appears to be innocuous.
Accordingly, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Calcutta is requested to dispose of the said two petitions in accordance with law, preferably within two months from the date of communication of this order.
4.
CRR 4550 of 2025 stands disposed of.
