We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of the minor victim prima facie discloses involvement of the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined. 3.

Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
