Considering the report filed by the Investigating Officer showing compliance of the bail conditions by the accused and the fact that charge sheet has already been filed and also in view of the fact that a prayer for supplementary charge sheet is awaiting sanction from the appropriate authority, we are of the view that there is no requirement for the petitioner to meet the I.O. any further.

The application for relaxation of bail condition is allowed to the extent.

3. CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

The other conditions of the order dated 4th January, 2024 shall, however, remain unaltered.
