Petitioner informed the local police station and is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent relates to creating obstruction of public work in a building. Be that as it may, the same is absolutely a private dispute which cannot be adjudicated by this court. However, if the police authorities find that any offence is made out, police authorities would assess regarding the nature of the offence and take appropriate steps if they receive a subsequent complaint.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 23670 of 2023 is disposed of.
