1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant has stated that he has wrongly mentioned the name of Sharuk in the complainant and taking into consideration such fact, this second application for anticipatory bail may be considered.

Going by the case diary, it does not reveal any such mistaken identity of the petitioner. We have already considered the case diary and found that the warrant of proclamation and attachment was issued against the accused on 29th December, 2017 and moreover, the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed offender in the meantime.
3. In view thereof, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
