Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioners submits that the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal in the order dated 15.05.2025 in O.A. No. 801 of 2023 has wrongly recorded that the statement, as income of the family shown in the enquiry report dated 01.04.2022 was not disputed by the applicant/writ petitioner. He submits that it is a matter of fact that the report was not served on the writ petitioners before being placed in Court.

He submits that a wrong concession has been recorded in the order for which he may be allowed liberty to invoke the review jurisdiction.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of such submission, the writ petition being W.P.S.T. No. 219 of 2025 is disposed of with such liberty. 5.

There will be no order as to costs.
