Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as there has been subsequent orders of the trial Court in the proceeding in this case he will be prejudiced if the same cannot be brought on record in this case.

As the cause of action is on subsequent orders of the trial Court which includes an order rejecting the prayer of one of the petitioners herein for discharge, the said prayer of the petitioner cannot be allowed.

Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present revision as prayed for with liberty to sue afresh. The present revisional application is accordingly disposed of as 'withdrawn'.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
