Mrs. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits status report. The status report is taken on record. She submits that already the accused person, namely, the petitioners herein again acquitted from the case. It appears from the status report dated 26.8.2022 submitted by P.S.I. of Police Baruipur G.R.P.S. that all the accused persons, namely, the petitioners were acquitted from the case by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Sealdah on 2.9.2019.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the present revisional application stands dismissed "as infructuous". All connected applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, also stands vacated.
