1. These matters have been listed under the caption "To Be Mentioned" and it is pointed out in the order dated 27.02.2024 the CAN application number has gone down wrongly and it has been shown IA No. CAN 1 of 2023 twice.

2. This mistake be rectified and instead of IA No. CAN 1 of 2023 it shall be mentioned as IA No. CAN 2 of 2023 in both the places.

3. This order shall form part of the order dated 27.02.2024.
