The proceedings of the charge sheet being No. 253 dated 31.07.2011 under Section 498A/323 I.P.C. filed by the Officer-inCharge, New Town Police Station in respect of New Town Police Station Case No. 251 of 2011 dated 14.07.2011 under Section 498A/325/34 of the Indian Penal Code are quashed. The instant revisional application and connected application shall stand disposed of.
