In view of the report submitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur through the District Judge, Purba Medinipur dated 23.08.2023, it appears that the Misc. Case No. 236 of 2007 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was dismissed for non prosecution. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of.
