In the cause title of the order dated 07.11.2024, the words 'Sagarpara P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024' be read as 'Baishnabnagar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2024'.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 4.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the order.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
