Mr. Soham Banerjee ... for the petitioner The instant criminal reviaional application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Taherpur Police Station Case No. 256 dated 23.03.2011 under Sections 25(1B) (a) 27 of the Arms Act. Perusal of the materials on record reveals that the chargesheet has been submitted on 15.01.2014 one improvise gun had been recovered. The complaint and the materials on the case diary establishes a prima facie cognizable case and this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

The trial should proceed.

Case diary be returned.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
