Mr. Amit Baran Dash Ms. Ankana Sarkar ..... for the petitioners Today the writ petition appears under the 05.11.2024 (Item No. 1) (AB) heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the writ petitioner to correct an apparent typographical mistake on the order dated October 7, 2024.

In the fifth paragraph of the first page of the order it should be read as unauthorized construction and encroachment on the piece of PWD land instead of petitioners land.

In the penultimate paragraph at page 2 of the order in place of respondent no. 9, the inspection report shall be of respondent no. 8 instead of respondent no. 9.

The above corrections be incorporated and read into the order dated October 7, 2024. The rest of the order remains unaltered and without any modification.
