Mr. Saktipada Jana, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had the grievance that though eligible, she was not called for in the personality test for 1st State Level Selection Test for recruitment of Assistant Teachers in Government-aided/sponsored schools but during the pendency of the present writ petition, the West Bengal Central School Service Commission vide its letter dated November 24, 2022 bearing Memo No. 1577/6723(III)/CSSC/ESTT/2022, has called the petitioner for such personality test; he files a copy of the said letter, which is taken on record.

In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the present writ petition.

WPA 23922 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly however, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
