Since nobody entered appearance on 08.01.2026, the matter was directed to be listed under the heading "For Dismissal".

Nobody entered appearance for the petitioner today also.

The writ petitioner in this PIL has prayed for issuance of a writ of mandamus for demolishing the alleged illegal construction. In support of such averment and prayer he has only filed photographs of the building in

question. Seeing the photographs it cannot be gathered as to whether the building is constructed unauthorizedly. No revenue record has even been filed. Thus, this PIL is not entertained. However, liberty is reserved to the writ petitioner to file afresh with appropriate documentary evidence.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
