1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the victim which inter alia implicates the petitioner of forceful assault and the same is corroborated with the medical report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.
