Having heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the objection of the State Counsel, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner on the ground that on 02.01.2025 charge sheet was submitted and thereafter on 29.05.2025 in spite of knowing the fact that investigation is complete, the Hon'ble Apex Court did not grant him bail. 2.

I think if the accused petitioner is enlarged on bail, there is a flight risk.

Hence, the prayer for bail is rejected.
