It is submitted on behalf of WBSEDCL that there is serious dispute in respect of the right, title and interest of the subject premises and the premises have been transferred in favour of a club by the erstwhile owners.

In view of the conflicting questions pertaining to right, title and interest of the subject premises, WPA 24378 of 2025 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate civil proceeding in respect of the subject premises in accordance with law, if so advised.
