We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner had been rejected earlier in July, 2023 and August, 2023 on merits.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
