1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks transfer on medical ground of his spouse. The application of the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Paschim Medinipur.

3. Without going into the merits of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Paschim Medinipur to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of ninety days from

the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

4. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation seeking transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
