Dismissed that the petitioner is in custody for 3 years 3 months and only some of the witnesses have been examined which by dint of delay gives right to the accused to be released on bail.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary.

I have perused the materials on record including the statement under Section 161 of Cr.P.C., Section 164 of Cr.P.C. as well as the T.I. Parade.

Having considered the alleged heinousness of the offence, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for releasing the petitioner on bail at this stage when the evidence of CSW 12 and CSW 13 is fixed on 20th November, 2025.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 1916 of 2025 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record.
