1. During the hearing of this application, the learned Counsel for the State submits that all sections are bailable but 'Section 116(2) of BNS' has been inadvertently mentioned in the cause title of the petition as in the FIR it was registered amongst others offences under Section 126(2) BNS.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission and having regard to the fact that all the sections are bailable, the petitioner shall approach before the jurisdictional Court for bail.

The application for anticipatory bail of the present petitioner is disposed of. 4.
