Tarapada Das, learned advocate representing the applicant submits on instruction that the applicant is not willing to proceed with this contempt application. In support of such submission written instruction which he has received vide letter dated 17th November, 2023 from the applicant is placed before this Court which is taken on record.

The alleged contemnors are represented by learned advocate.

In view of aforesaid submission the contempt application stands dismissed on the ground of nonprosecution.

Affidavits filed by the alleged contemnors today are taken on record.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
