Petitioner has assailed orders dated 02.09.2023 and 04.09.2023 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipur on the ground that the minor had been abducted.

We have considered the materials on record.

Minor has since been recovered and further custody of the opposite parties no. 2 to 4 for development of investigation is not necessary. Hence, we do not find any illegality in the order granting bail to the opposite parties no. 2 to 4. 3.

With regard to their post bail conduct, it is open to the petitioner to agitate such issue before the court which granted bail to the said opposite parties.
