1. Having heard the submissions of the petitioner and also taking into consideration the objection of the learned counsel for the State, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the present petitioner since it transpires that the petitioner is a Bangladeshi National.

2. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
