In view of the report filed by the Investigating Officer showing compliance of the bail conditions by the accused and the fact that charge sheet has been submitted in the meantime, the conditions with regard to meeting the I.O. once in a month of the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 5 is not required any further. 2.

The prayer for bail is allowed to the aforesaid extent.

The other conditions of the order dated 4th January, 2024 shall, however, remain unaltered.
