Dhara For Contemnor/respondent: None Noting by Officer or by Advocate Serial No Date Office notes, reports, orders or proceedings with signatures. 17.02.2022 45,47 AK UPON READING a petition of Biswapriya Roy and his affidavit of verification thereof, dated February 22, 2021 and the exhibits or annexures to the said petition and upon hearing Mr. Arunava Pati, learned counsel for the petitioner IT IS ORDERED that a Rule do issue calling upon the alleged contemnor as pleaded in contempt application to show cause as to why he should not be committed to prison or otherwise penalised or dealt with for having willfully violated the order dated December 4, 2019 passed by this court in WP No.22039(W) of 2019.

The Rule is made returnable on March 3, 2022.

On the returnable date, IT IS ORDERED the alleged Contemnor-respondent aforesaid shall appear personally before this Court at 10.30 a.m. and shall not leave Court without permission.

Let the Rule be served personally on the alleged contemnor-respondent by special messenger at the costs of the petitioner.
