Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that at the time of filing of the charge sheet a prayer for issuance of warrant was made.

In view of the petitioner being on bail, there is an application made before the jurisdictional Court for recalling the prayer for issuance of warrant.

Since the petitioner is on bail, the present application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 5125 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous.
