1. This is an application for a direction upon the West Bengal Real Estate Regulatory Authority to dispose of the petition being Complaint Petition No. WBRERA/COM000544 expeditiously.

2. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite parties.

3. Record reveals that the complaint petition was taken up for hearing by the concerned authority on May 13, 2024 and the next date was fixed on July 23, 2024.

4. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that on July 23, 2024, the matter was not heard and no date has been fixed subsequently.

5. In view thereof, C.O. 3500 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the West Bengal Real Estate Regulatory Authority to take up hearing of the petition being Complaint Petition No. WBRERA/COM000544 after fixing an early date of hearing and to dispose of the said

petition as expeditiously as possible but positively within a period of four months from the date of communication of a server copy of this order.

6. Petitioners shall be obliged to serve a copy of the application as well as this order upon the opposite parties forthwith.

7. There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
