In Re: An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The revisional application was preferred against the judgment and order dated 20.08.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia in Miscellaneous Case No. 262 of 2009. By the order dated 20.08.2011 the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Uluberia was pleased to allow the application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and directed the opposite party/husband to pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- by way of maintenance from the date of passing of the judgment.

Having regard to the meagre amount so awarded by way of maintenance. I am of the view that no interference is called for.

As such, the Revisional Application being CRR 3227 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
