Earlier on 06.11.2024 when the writ petition was taken up none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Today when the writ petition has been called none represents the petitioner.

Mr. Roy earlier represented the respondent nos. 4 to 7 and is present today also in court. Learned advocate for the state was also earlier represented and is also present today before the court.

In view of the petitioner not being present on two consecutive occasions, I am of the opinion that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the reliefs claimed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 24664 of 2024 is dismissed for default.
