Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for one year three months and supplementary charge-sheet has been submitted very recently. Learned advocate submits that the recovery of fire arms were from a different person. Learned advocate therefore, prays that on any stringent condition petitioner may be released on bail. Learned advocate for the State on the other hand opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the gun-shot injuries were at the behest of the present petitioner. There are several antecedents of the present petitioner. I have taken into account the report submitted by the State which includes both the antecedents of the petitioner and the complicity of the present petitioner in connection with the

instant case. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1945 of 2025 is dismissed. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
