02.07.2024 12 to 14 cm CRR 3230 of 2012 (Hariprasad Mullick & Anr. -vs- State & Anr.) With CRR 3726 of 2012 With CRR 3739 of 2012 ((Ghanshyam Das Damani -vs- State & Ors.) Inadvertently typography error crept in order dated 17.05.2024.

In the 4th line of the 1st Paragraph of the order dated 17.05.2024 '13.10.2021' shall be read as ''13.10.2020'. Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the order dated 17.05.2024.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
