The petitioner submits that he has got the Provident Fund (P.F.) amount from the school but according to him, some portion of it is still not paid. However, learned advocate appearing for the school submits that according to the school, there is no further amount to be paid by the school to the petitioner. However, I direct the school to take a re-look into the matter and see if any amount is paid as P.F. and the representative of the petitioner is directed to contact the school with his observation as to non-payment of the full P.F. which will be considered by the Teacher-in-Charge of the school. If the petitioner is eligible to get the unpaid amount towards P.F., it will be paid by the school.

I am told that all his pension papers have been sent to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance (in short, 'D.P.P.G.').

Learned Advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that they will take five weeks' time to process the papers so that the Pension Payment Order (P.P.O.) can be issued to the petitioner. The D.P.P.G. is directed to see as to the payment of arrears pension, due portion of gratuity and the current pension.

With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.

Let urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
