1. Affidavit of service filed is taken on record.

2. Affidavit of compliance filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 2 is taken on record.

3. In view of the disclosure made in the affidavit filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 2, we direct the alleged contemnor no. 3 to be personally present on 4th April, 2025.

4. The petitioners/applicants are directed to serve a copy of the application, affidavit of compliance filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 2 and today's order upon the contemnor no. 3 in the mean time.

5. In the event, the payments are not released in the mean time, we may constrain to issue Rule of contempt against the said alleged contemnor.
