Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a police complaint relating to stabbing of the relative of the first petitioner.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the materials in the case diary including the photographs of the injured. He submits that the hospital authorities are yet to provide injury report. The photographs of the injured suffered suggests that these are serious in nature.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5127 of 2022 is dismissed.
