Mr. Sunit Kr. Roy ...for the petitioner Matter is taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 26th June, 2024 passed by this Court. The report furnished by the Assistant RegistrarVIII dated 15th July, 2024 is perused. The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ petition Pension Payment Order has been issued in favour of the petitioner vide memo dated 31st January, 2023 and based on such steps taken by the respondent authorities family pension and other dues have been released in favour of the petitioner. Copy of the payment order for release of family pension issued under memo dated 31st January, 2023 is taken on record.

It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is widow daughter of the deceased teacher. However, no one is representing the respondents today.

In view of release of family pension in favour of the petitioner no further order need be passed on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the same stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
