1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and also having regard to the gravity of offence and the statement of the injured which directly implicates the petitioner of multiple forceful assault upon the victim with sharp cutting weapon and also considering the injury report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Soumen Sen, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
