None appears on behalf of the State or the private opposite party.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though initially a compromise was arrived at by and between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 but the said compromise failed and before the learned trial Court, G.R. Case No. 264 of 2012 is proceeding. In order to substantiate his contention, learned advocate for the petitioner files a certified copy of the order as passed in G.R. Case No. 264 of 2012 by the learned ACJM, 2nd Court, Haldia.

It is thus submitted that in view of the subsequent development, the instant petition has practically infructuous.

Considered the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner and perused the certified copy of the orders. It is thus ordered that the instant revisional application being
CRR 3235 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous. 7.
All connected applications are also disposed of. 8.
