Abdur Rakib .......For the Petitioner Mr. Rezaul Hossain ......For the Alleged Contemnor Nos. 3 and 4 In this matter I find that the order of this court dated 16.03.2022 has been complied with. But the same person who was removed by this court as President of the Managing Committee has again been appointed as the President of the Managing Committee of the said school by the Government by issuing an order dated 22.08.2022. Apparently such action of the Government appointing the removed person as President is not a healthy sign but this is not a contempt of court. The applicant herein has other remedy open before him. If he is so advised, he may take recourse of it.

This contempt application is dismissed.
