The instant application is filed under Section 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in connection with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 arising out of Shibdaspur Police Station Case No. 18/2024 dated 30.01.2024 under Sections 420/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with M.P. Case No. 1866 of

2023 pending before Ld. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore praying for quashing proceeding.

Heard the learned Counsels. It is submitted that dispute in civil in nature for which the prosecution may be quashed. Learned Counsel for the State submitted that final report has been submitted and no charge-sheet is there. Accordingly, the instant Criminal Revision being CRR 4239 of 2024 stands dismissed as infrauctuous. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
