In view of con-compliance of the order passed on 3rd October, 2024 and having regard to the fact that date and time was fixed at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner and also having regard to the fact that other incriminating materials are available in the case diary and that the petitioner has not cooperated with the investigation and there is allegation of embezzlement of fund, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.
